Participation in Copa Ginga Japão is subject to the eligibility requirements and competition rules published by the organizer.

Registration
A registration is considered complete when all required information has been submitted and the required participation fee has been successfully paid, where applicable.
The organizer may contact participants when additional information or clarification is required.
Participation Fees
Participation fees are displayed on the registration or payment page and may vary depending on the participant category.
Applicable payment processing or other additional fees will be indicated before payment where applicable.
Competition Rules
Participants must follow the competition rules, judging criteria, schedules, and instructions provided by the organizer.
The organizer may make reasonable changes to the competition format or schedule when necessary for the safe and proper operation of the event.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are described on the registration and payment information provided for the event.

Participant Conduct

Photography and Video

Participants should follow any instructions provided by the organizer concerning photography and recording.
Changes to the Tournament

Final Decisions
The organizer reserves the right to make final decisions regarding matters necessary for the safe, fair, and orderly operation of the tournament.
